DCC Sales Policies

Sales Tax

Applicable taxes will be communicated following receipt of orders shipped within the State of New Jersey. Listed prices do not include Federal, State, or local sales, use or other taxes. Buyers are responsible for all Customs fees. Any such taxes or fees are the responsibility of and paid by the buyer unless a proper exemption certificate is supplied prior to the sale being completed. Buyer agrees to hold DCC harmless from any and all such taxes, fees, tariffs, charges, and assessments including any related interest and penalties.

Sales and Services

DCC reserves the right to limit the quantities or sale of our products to any person, establishment, or geographic region. Offers are void where prohibited. Product pricing is subject to change without notice and previously viewed prices may not be available. RFQs will be honored through the stated period in the event of a price change.

DCC may discontinue sales of any product at any time. The descriptions on our website and the related images are provided for general information. Accessory items may vary from the specific item pictured. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions and cancel related orders.

DCC is a C-Corporation incorporated in the State of New Jersey. We are a small woman owned business. DCC Corporation is the original manufacturer of the HotSpot series of thermocouple welders. We sell directly to customers as well as through a limited number of resellers.
